s106 granted to a Scientist charged with careless use causing injury who was trying to obtain a university position overseas. late 20's white collar worker, low breath alcohol level, (475) who wanted to connect with relatives in Canada and have a working holiday, did CADS (Community Alcohol and Drug course, Did 40 hours voluntary community work and also a defensive drive course and wrote letter of apology and was then  granted s106 discharge without conviction.

25 year old International Flight attendant who needed to have a clean record to keep his job,  moderately high level drink drive (600+) and also faced a speeding charge. Did a CADS (Community Alcohol and Drugs course) and also a defensive drive course and wrote letter of apology to the Judge. Was granted s106 discharge but disqualified from driving for 6 months but eligible for a work licence. 

Police v B - Discharge without conviction granted
39 year old International flight attendant (blew 600+) and needed to have a clean record to fly the North America route, granted a s106 discharge without conviction, did Defensive drive course, and voluntary community work plus a a CADS (Community Alcohol and Drug course) and then granted a s106 discharge without conviction but still disqualified for 6 months.

Medical person who needed s106 to work in private hospitals, low level breath alcohol reading 400+. Was stopped at checkpoint, no bad driving. Did CADS (Community Alcohol and Drugs course), also did voluntarily community work, and defensive driving course and also wrote a letter of apology to the court. Was granted a s106 discharge without conviction and disqualified from driving for 6 months

Builder stopped at checkpoint, breath alcohol 400+. Needed a discharge without conviction so he not lose a Ministry of Education building contract. Did a 8 weeks CADS (Community Alcohol Drugs course), voluntary community work, a defensive driving course and also wrote letter of apology to the Court.
